RCL has established a prefabricated housing capability, through its business TMC3.
TMC3 works with 3D precast concrete panels, rather than traditional 2D precast panels. These 3D modules are then stacked vertically and horizontally to form the super structure of the house, with internal and external cladding to fit off the home in the normal way a home is constructed.
